This is a small team of swiss army knives — armed with the latest tools, unlimited tokens, and a mandate to move quickly through experimentation cycles and turn winning ideas into real products. This role is a fit if you Are curious about AI and already tinkering — even if it is just nights and weekends Learn fast and are not precious about how things get done Can steer an AI agent to get real work done and enjoy doing it Want to work directly with founders and operators on real problems Are comfortable with ambiguity — we are building the plane while flying it Would rather ship something scrappy than plan something perfect This role is not a fit if you Need a fully defined role with a fixed scope to feel comfortable Are not willing to use AI tools in your own workflow Want to work on one thing for six months without shipping Are looking for a big-company job with big-company structure What we are looking for Hands-on experience building with agentic tools — you have steered agents to produce real output, not just prompted a chatbot Comfort working with LLM APIs directly: you know how to structure prompts, manage context, handle outputs, and debug when things go sideways You have shipped something end-to-end — an agent, a tool, a workflow — and can point to it Strong ability to figure things out fast: new APIs, new frameworks, new models — you read the docs and go Technical foundation in at least one language (Python preferred) and a willingness to write code when agents alone will not cut it You use AI tools in your own workflow already — not as a novelty, but as a genuine force multiplier Bonus Experience with multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, or tool-use patterns Consumer brand, growth, or GTM exposure — you understand what moving a business metric looks like Public builds, repos, or writing that shows how you think You have broken an agent, diagnosed why, and fixed it We are an equal opportunity employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, place of birth, crime victim status, age, veteran status, or disability (or any other classification protected by law). #J-18808-Ljbffr Stationed
