RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services. Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice. Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs. Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

DESIRED QUALITIES INCLUDE

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, but not required. Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written, verbal and listening. Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving. Detail oriented & able to multi-task. Ability to work in a team environment. Must be able to obtain applicable licensing requirements. As an agent team member, you will receive: Salary plus commission, with bonuses available throughout the year.
