We are hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. This is a straightforward production role operating machinery, monitoring production, and ensuring quality standards are met. This position offers a climate-controlled facility , 1st shift hours , and a 4-day work week , giving you a three-day weekend every week.

• Operate production machinery according to work instructions.
• Load and unload materials into machines.
• Monitor machine performance and production output.
• Perform basic quality checks on finished products.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist in other production areas as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexibility to work in different areas as production needs change.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
