Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:
- Perform basic medical procedures, including taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering injections
- Assist healthcare professionals with examinations, treatments, and procedures
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems
- Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and provide excellent customer service
- Handle medical administrative tasks such as billing, coding, and insurance verification
- Provide patient education on medications, procedures, and general healthcare information

Requirements:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent training
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff members
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Strong computer skills and experience with electronic health record systems

Preferred Skills:

-Phlebotomy (Not required)
- Knowledge of inhalation therapy techniques
