Make an immediate impact supporting K-12 students through a rewarding part-time Occupational Therapist role serving two dynamic school campuses in the San Jose area. This contract position offers a hands-on opportunity to empower children with developmental needs in a collaborative, educational setting.

You will work directly onsite with students, educators, and families to provide specialized OT services during the academic year through early June.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Holds or is eligible for a current Occupational Therapist license in California (in accordance with the California Occupational Therapy Practice Act)
• At least two years of pediatric clinical experience, focusing on developmental disabilities in an educational environment
• Strong background in working on interdisciplinary teams and engaging with families for student success
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability skills
• Must provide onsite services; remote, hybrid, or virtual options are not available

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and deliver direct therapy for students with varying needs, supporting their access to curriculum and school life
• Design individualized intervention plans, set measurable objectives, and ensure documentation is clear and timely
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and family members to promote an inclusive, supportive environment
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing your expertise to holistic student plans
• Serve as a resource on occupational therapy for staff and families within the school community
