Sr. Site Reliability Automation Engineer

Sr. Site Reliability Automation Engineer Responsibilities include: Design and implement automation platforms supporting self‑healing and auto‑remediation frameworks. Develop backend services and automation tools primarily in Python and Go. Build and maintain monitoring using Monitoring‑as‑a‑Code practices. Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 8‑10 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. 8+ years of software engineering experience, including DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles. Strong programming experience in Python or Go. Deep understanding of Linux systems and distributed systems architecture. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, including MS Azure and Private Cloud. Experience defining and maintaining SLOs and error budgets. Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration. Strong knowledge of databases and messaging systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, SQS). Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
