Accounting SupervisorThe Accounting Supervisor will supervise and manage all accounting functions, including the maintenance of accounting systems, and the analysis and reporting of financial, production, and business data for the Dental Crafters Network.Duties And Responsibilities:Supervise, train, and lead the accounting teamWorking supervisor will perform hands-on work alongside the team while owning the departments output, deadlines and improvementsEnsure confidentiality of sensitive informationEnsure accuracy of all accounting recordsPrepares monthly financial statements and other operating/statistical reportsReviews financial statements and operating reports with all parties of interestPreparation/analysis of daily/weekly/monthly reports of key financial and operational metric trends and utilizationLeads the coordination with CPA firm of all tax compliance and reportingOversee preparation/analysis of continuous cash forecastOversee AR credit policies and collection activity to reduce past due balancesOversee AP vendor payment policies while maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring continued supplyOperates within EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), which DCN runs onAssess organizational performance against budgets with functional leaders and management teamServes as administrator for all ERP systemsLead ERP system conversions, migrations, and updatesIdentify and suggest opportunities for enhancement of profitabilityPerforms and communicates variance analysis on financial performance to managementStrategic focus on cost containment and cost reductions as necessary to improve EBITDA performance and communication of strategies and executable action plans to management teamPreparation and communication to management of capital and operating budgetsBuilds solid working relationships across the organization including with management, workforce, customers, suppliers, and other partiesRole model the Company's values and purposeJob Requirements:· A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.· A minimum of five years of accounting experience, including at least one year in a managerial role within an accounting department, is essential.· Proven success in establishing an accounting department that functions as a "business partner" across the organization.· Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.· Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.· Experience in multi-division and multi-operational companies is preferred but not required.
