Psychometrist

Mosaic is hiring a Psychometrist to support our autism diagnostic services team. The Psychometrist works directly with parents and their children throughout the assessment process, providing the ADOS‑2 and other relevant autism assessments within Mosaic clinics. The Psychometrist works closely with our psychologists to assess and offer insights into each child's unique needs. Responsibilities Administer ADOS‑2, ASRS, CARS‑2 and other assessments to individuals of varying ages and developmental levels. Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with families and their children to ensure a positive and safe clinical experience, meeting families at a Mosaic clinic, explaining the assessment process, alleviating fears, answering questions, and providing a supportive environment. Score assessments accurately according to standardized protocols and write up results in a clear, concise, objective and professional manner. Collaborate with clinicians and psychologists to interpret assessment results through follow‑up emails and phone calls. Maintain detailed records of assessments and outcomes by uploading them into Central Reach, Mosaic’s client health information platform. Stay current with updates to diagnostic protocols and best practices by completing ongoing training, as required. Attend monthly supervision with psychologists and implement clinical feedback. Travel between multiple clinics to support assessment needs. Work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment while managing a high volume of deliverables that may create conflict deadlines. Effectively communicate through written reports. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, School Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Speech‑Language Pathology, Social Work, Education, Special Education, or a related field. Prior experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
