This team is responsible for all commercial activities for all components and hardware destined for our ground system antennas globally. This role manages a diverse supply base spanning RF/Antenna systems, networking gear, and subsystems — delivering optimized cost, lead time, quality, and availability across a global network. Key job responsibilitiesThe Leo Ground Systems Supply Chain team is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to support business and engineering stakeholders in developing, implementing and monitoring ground systems within our supply base. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record working with a global supply base in developing, implementing and scaling systems and process integration in order to achieve business needs. Experience working in new and ambiguous environments while solving complex problems with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders will be an advantage.• Lead onboarding of new systems for team including driving User Acceptance Testing and overall system integration for existing processes as Subject Matter Expert•Drive team-wide prioritization and risk mitigation mechanisms• Work with a range of stakeholders including business leaders, engineering leaders, legal, program management, technology teams and supply chain to negotiate a variety of agreements • Influence and develop operations processes, technology decisions, and policies in ways that are mutually beneficial and sustainable for both organizations • Prioritize projects and activities to deliver maximum cost reductions and reliable on-time delivery• Manage cross-functional projects against plans and objectives to meet commitments and goals • Collaborate with ground systems engineers to gain an in-depth knowledge of RF electronics and antenna systems functionality• Manage end to end life cycle of supply chain operations for hardware and software pre-delivery through post-deliveryA day in the lifeIn this role as Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will be actively working with Ground Systems Engineering team, sourcing, quality, digital operations, internal testing and security team to develop and implement manufacturing tests across global supply base for ground gateway equipment. The products will enable mission critical, high throughput communications with Leo satellites. You will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary team to manufacture, test, and distribute solutions and products globally enabling Leo’s global network. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
