Big Stone Therapies is excited to invite applicants for our Start Up Team - a unique opportunity to be part of launching new clinic locations while receiving exceptional support and training. Whether you're a new grad or an experienced OTA looking for a fresh adventure, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do:

• Travel to new BST locations to support clinic rollouts
• Participate in leadership and orientation meetings
• Help train and onboard new staff
• Implement standardized company processes and systems
• Provide direct patient care across a variety of clinical settings

Requirements Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, OTA licensing in Minnesota. Must be able to travel throughout the Midwest, typically for 3-6 month periods. Salary Description

$22.00-$30.50/hour
