About This Position The Delivery Driver will drive a company vehicle for an established route/territory. You will help with the loading, unloading, and delivering goods to customer locations. You will report to a Food Service Director. This position is located onsite inside of a jail/correctional facility. Check orders for quality and accuracy. Follow proper delivery procedures. Help with food preparation, serving, and kitchen maintenance, cleaning, and sanitizing. Load, Unload, and deliver products and orders promptly. Report any necessary maintenance or repairs needed on our vehicle to the manager. Maintain and keep the vehicle clean. You will have physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods of time. Be able to stand and be on your feet for much of the scheduled shift when not driving. Other responsibilities as determined by our needs. What You'll Need High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age. One (1) years' experience delivering products/inventory. We require a valid state driver's license for assigned vehicles. Transport and set up food and food service items. Knowledge of safe driving procedures and traffic rules.
