Psychiatry Residency Program Director — Teaching Leader

Colton, CA – Psychiatry Residency Program Director Seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatry Physician to serve as the Psychiatry Residency Program Director at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, Colton, California. Opportunity Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatry Physician as Psychiatry Residency Program Director. Five (5) years of clinical Psychiatry experience required. Three (3) years of documented educational and/or administrative experience in an ACGME‑accredited program and demonstrated leadership experience. Evidence of ongoing involvement in scholarly activity, including peer‑reviewed publications. Strong team‑building, interpersonal, and communication skills. Adaptability, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching and quality patient care. Practice Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is a 456‑bed university‑affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health, operated by San Bernardino County, and governed by the Board of Supervisors. Hospital operates one of the busiest psychiatric emergency rooms in the Inland Empire and one of the busiest in all of Southern California with approximately 20,000 visits per year.
