Oceanfront Urologist Position - Over 800k Potential

Job Description We are seeking a full-time Urologist to join our not-for-profit hospital right off the Gulf Coast. We offer a multitude of resources to optimize patient care and efficiency, as well as a flexible schedule with no weekend requirements. Requirements Board-certified or truly board-eligible Urologist New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome US citizens, green cards, H1B & J1 Visa candidates are encouraged to apply Schedule 4 or 4.5 day work week (no weekends) Clinic: Monday - Thursday, 8 AM-5 PM, Fridays are flexible, 8 AM-12 PM Heavy procedure volume available OR: Blocked 2.5 days per week in our Urology Suite Light and low call volume, 1:3 call for both clinic and hospital call Practice Details Ancillary services include ultrasound, bladder scanner, microscopes, and UAS Full-service lab onsite 4 Urologists and 3 APPs Support includes nurses, RNs, LPNs, and NSTs Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary year one up to $700,000, plus wRVU production on top Practice transition bonus of $75,000 Direct student loan assistance is available for those interested Full comprehensive benefits package including malpractice coverage with tail offered Retirement packages include 401k & 403(b) plan with employer match Training stipend and relocation assistance are available Location Coastal Lifestyle: Enjoy beautiful beaches, warm weather, and a laid-back atmosphere.
