Job Summary The Cybersecurity Alliance Manager will play a crucial role in supporting Stratascale's sales and technical teams by promoting go-to-market solutions, enhancing strategic collaborations among sales leaders and partners, and driving growth to achieve margin targets. This position requires building robust relationships with partners, resolving conflicts, championing joint initiatives, and facilitating training sessions to boost sales enablement and partner cooperation. Role Description Collaborate with Stratascale's sales leadership, account executives, and technical teams to sell innovative go-to-market solutions. Organize strategic planning meetings and training sessions between sales leaders, account executives, and technical teams. Work effectively within a matrix environment to support various Stratascale field organizations with diverse engagement models. Drive partner growth to meet gross margin targets for a designated business unit or specific OEMs. Build and nurture strong relationships with Stratascale partners, acting as an ambassador of our value proposition. Align Stratascale account executive activities with partner objectives and lead joint account alignment sessions. Address partnership conflicts escalated by Stratascale sales leadership and in-field partner management. Deliver partner training and sales enablement initiatives to furnish sales and engineering teams with essential knowledge.
