As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Fishersville, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, observing and reporting unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying permissions, directing foot traffic, and communicating with staff and/or visitors as needed.
• Support a healthcare environment by assisting with de-escalation, providing directions, and documenting security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns for follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
