Requirements and Availability Bachelor’s Degree preferably in education 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 and expert knowledge of K-12 ELA and math standards Availability: North America-based teachers on weekdays 6-9 AM or 3-10 PM EST or during the weekends; APAC-based teachers on weekdays 5-9 PM HKT or weekends 1-7 PM HKT 15 hours of availability on a weekly basis Able to commit to a year of teaching with Cosmo Teach on Windows or Mac PC (Minimum CPU of 6000; Chromebook not supported) Access to stable internet connection, private and quiet teaching location Expert knowledge of online teaching strategies and tools Passion for helping students learn Teaching license preferred but not required What you'll be doing as a teacher at Cosmo: Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting Utilize Cosmo's curriculum, learning plans and materials Submit written Class Feedback within 24 hours after each lesson Communicate with parents and students in a professional and timely manner Communicate with Cosmo staff Benefits of teaching at Cosmo! Our peak class times are from 3-10 PM EST for our North American based students and 5-9 PM HKT or weekends 1-7 PM HKT for our Asia based students.
