Technical Program Manager

VBeyond Corporation

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Network Infrastructure & Lab Services team, supporting large-scale engineering lab and data center network deployments. This role will drive cross-functional programs that improve the speed, quality, and scalability of network infrastructure delivery across global regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end network deployment programs from planning through execution and post-deployment validation
Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, escalations, and stakeholder communications
Coordinate infrastructure deployments across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions
Drive task management, backlog prioritization, reporting, and workflow governance using Jira, Asana, or similar tools
Partner with network engineering, data center operations, facilities, and external vendors to ensure successful program delivery
Develop SOPs, deployment playbooks, KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support strategic programs involving network security, compliance, patch management, operational tooling, and next-generation network technologies

Required Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in networking, infrastructure, data center, or lab environments
5+ years of Technical Program Management experience
Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs
Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar project management tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies

BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN
IPv4/IPv6, DNS, DHCP/DHCPv6
Network Monitoring (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, gNMI)
Network Security Fundamentals (MACsec, IPsec, 802.1X, RADIUS, Firewalls)
QoS, NAT/NAT64, ECMP Redundancy Concepts
