We are actively seeking a Physical Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Danville, Virginia on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:
• Active Physical Therapist License
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• SNF experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical and communication skills
