Job Summary The Practice Coordinator oversees the daily operations of a medical practice, ensuring efficient clinic workflows, high-quality patient experiences, and strong financial performance. This role blends administrative, operational, and revenue cycle responsibilities while serving as a key liaison between clinical staff, physicians, and management. The Practice Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing patient flow, and supporting the practice’s overall business and care delivery goals. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day practice operations to ensure smooth, efficient clinic workflows Coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times and enhance overall patient satisfaction Oversee provider, staff, and clinic resource scheduling Ensure clinic resources, supplies, and equipment are available, maintained, and functioning properly Supervise, train, and support front-office and clinical staff Assign duties, monitor performance, and address workflow challenges proactively Foster effective communication and collaboration between physicians, clinical teams, and administrative staff Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and internal teams to resolve concerns promptly and professionally Promote a culture of empathy, professionalism, and patient-centered service Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and internal policies Support leadership initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and operational process enhancements Qualifications Experience in medical practice management or healthcare operations Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations, scheduling systems, and clinical workflows Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with ECW (eClinical Works) a plus Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
