Overview
Audiologist travel assignment in Lancaster, PA. Start date 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks in an acute care/inpatient setting. Guaranteed hours 40 per week with a pay range of $3,037 to $3,197 per week. Shift is 5x8 days. This role involves pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in a fast-moving practice with multiple surgeons; PhD not required. Travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audiology evaluations and basic testing for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Fit, verify, and troubleshoot hearing aids and related amplification devices; provide device counseling
- Interpret test results and communicate findings and treatment options to patients and families
- Document results accurately in patient records; coordinate care with the broader clinical team
- Manage a patient load consistent with 15–30 evaluations/fittings per day
- Collaborate with surgeons and other clinicians to support multidisciplinary patient care; assist with credentialing processes as needed

Requirements
- 5+ years of audiology experience
- Experience evaluating and managing pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
- Proficiency with basic audiology testing (e.g., pure-tone audiometry, tympanometry)
- Ability to work a 40-hour week on a 5x8 day schedule and handle 15–30 patient encounters per day
- Willingness to participate in payer credentialing/enrollment processes (may take up to 120 days; expedite to 5–6 weeks when possible)
- PhD not required
