Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit / Telemetry / Medical-Surgical

Job Summary

North Country Hospital, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Newport, Vermont, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for a night shift assignment. This role offers the opportunity to work within a close-knit community hospital environment in the picturesque Northeast Kingdom.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care across the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical units. This position requires a nurse who can independently manage a diverse patient population, including those requiring cardiac monitoring and post-surgical care.

This role also involves assuming charge nurse responsibilities and demonstrating flexibility to float to other departments, such as the Emergency Department (ED
