Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience designing user interfaces for software applications. Preferred qualifications Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams through ideation, validation, and iteration processes, helping transform abstract ideas into shippable products. Proficiency in designing user-centric experiences for unconventional hardware devices, with a strong understanding of physical interactions, multi-device complexities, and contextual awareness. Familiarity with behavioral data and capability to create data-driven designs, while being equally capable of moving forward in the absence of data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and build alignment with partners.
