This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a stable company that values hard work, teamwork, and internal growth.Position SummaryAs a Material Handler, you will play a key role in supporting production by ensuring materials are delivered to the appropriate workstations, staging areas remain organized, and machine operators have the supplies they need to minimize downtime.ResponsibilitiesPull and deliver materials for production jobs to the appropriate machines.Transport finished products to the next stage of production.Move recyclable materials to designated staging areas.Stretch-wrap completed mailing skids after production.Organize and maintain mail supplies and staging areas.Keep corrugated materials organized and stocked.Assist machine operators and other team members as needed.Monitor and report inventory needs for production supplies.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Follow all company safety and quality standards.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Previous material handling experience preferred.Forklift experience is a plus but not required.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and excellent work ethic.Ability to frequently bend, kneel, reach, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours during a shift.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchProfit-sharing opportunitiesPaid time off and paid holidaysCompany-paid life and disability insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Wellness programs and on-site fitness facilityOpportunities for career growth and advancementIf you're looking for a hands-on position with a company that invests in its employees and promotes from within, we'd love to hear from you!
