Position Overview

Omada Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide high-quality counseling services. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Adhere to all relevant ethical, legal, and regulatory standards while ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients include diverse individuals and families from various backgrounds. You will work with those experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and life transitional phases. As an LPC, your role is vital in helping clients navigate their challenges, develop coping strategies, and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing counseling services, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote and diverse team.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices and the use of virtual communication platforms for delivering counseling services.
  • Experience implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of clients.
  • Previous work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment that emphasizes integrated approaches to mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
