Practice Setting: Inpatient
EMR: Meditech
Support: Nursing and staff available when consults or surgeries arise
Need: Facility has struggled to secure consistent commitments from community providers to fulfill ED call panel requirements under ACS/FDOH for Level II Trauma Certification.
Board Certification: Required (ENT)
License: Active Florida license required
Credentialing: Name clear process required (Yes)
Vaccines: COVID-19 (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
