Digital Press Operator

Digital Press Operator Position - Digital Press Operator Job Location - Hartland, WI Starting Date - Immediate Employment Term - Temp-to-Hire, Direct Hire Employment Type - Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) - 2nd Shift (3:00 pm-11:00 pm) Starting Pay - Depends on Experience, $22-$23 per hour Benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education - High School Diploma/GED Required Experience - At least 2 years of experience Responsibilities -Prepare and operate web offset presses, making necessary adjustments to ensure product meets specifications. -Perform preventative maintenance on presses, keeping equipment in optimal condition. -Assign duties to team members, monitor performance, and assist in their development and training -Inspect impressions to ensure job specifications are met and solve any problems that arise.
Qualifications -HS Diploma/GED required - Minimum 3 years' experience in the Printing Industry -Basic math skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong mechanical aptitude -Knowledge of printing terminology, job flow, and standards -Ability to work 12-hour shifts, either 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, on a rotating schedule.
