Job Summary:

The Marvin and Betty Danto Health Care Center is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan. As a Physical Therapist PT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients, promoting their overall health and wellness. Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve their goals

• Implement a variety of treatment techniques, including exercises, stretches, and other modalities to promote patient recovery and improvement

• Monitor and record patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes

• Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment, progress, and outcomes

• Participate in staff development and education programs to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy
