Shift: 3x12 D/N Flexible, Shift times 0700-1930 & 1900-0730

Open to accommodating block schedule? TBD by unit's need

Weekend REQ? Yes Every 3rd weekend

Is on-call REQ? No

Ratios: Days 1:4, Nights 1:6

Years of experience REQ: 2 years of ER and MS Required.

First-timers accepted: Yes

Certs REQ:- MN state license (can be pending) (MN is not a Compact state!)

• ACLS- BLS- TNCC

Pending License accepted: Yes

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? YES

Locals accepted: NO cannot live within 25 miles of facility

RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. No RTO within first week of start date. No more than 10 days of RTO per assignment
