Job Description
The Apparel Store Assistant Manager plays a critical role in supporting daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. This position oversees staff activities, manages inventory, and maintains store standards to enhance the shopping experience and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment efficiently
Supervise and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service
Assist with sales support and achieve store sales targets
Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation
Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
Prepare and manage shift schedules to ensure proper staffing
Conduct training and development sessions for team members
Oversee store operations to maintain smooth daily functioning
Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
