• Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment efficiently
• Supervise and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Assist with sales support and achieve store sales targets
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
• Prepare and manage shift schedules to ensure proper staffing
• Conduct training and development sessions for team members
• Oversee store operations to maintain smooth daily functioning
• Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
