Patient Mobility Specialist (PRN)
Intermountain Healthcare
Intermountain Health seeks a Mobility Assistant at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO to support safe patient transfers, mobility and exercise using approved devices and proper body mechanics.
You will follow SOPs, document patient progress, and work under supervision of nursing or therapy staff, focusing on patient safety and infection control. BLS and mobility training sign-off are required within two weeks of hire.
