We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department and help our residents achieve their highest level of independence!

What You'll Do

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.

Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care.

Support individualized treatment plans that help residents improve mobility, function, and independence.

Assist with department scheduling, documentation, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment.

Help ensure our residents receive compassionate, high-quality rehabilitation services that improve their quality of life.

What We're Looking For

• Must be a COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) or PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant).
• Current, appropriate South Carolina credentials and any required licensure.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• A passion for resident-centered care and helping others succeed.
• The ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Previous leadership or rehabilitation management experience is a plus!

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year
