Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
Computer proficiency required
SAP experience would be a plus
Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved PPE
Responsibilities
Provide necessary leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control mining and production
Ensure appropriate quality product is made at the Plant
Analyze and monitor production efficiency and productivity
Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity levels
Manage performances of subordinate personnel and hold others accountable
