Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably within a school setting
• Demonstrated ability to implement behavior intervention plans
• Skilled in data collection and progress monitoring
• Familiarity with supporting students exhibiting mild to moderate behavioral challenges
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and small group behavioral interventions under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support teachers and staff in implementing behavioral strategies throughout the school day
• Collect, track, and report data on student progress and behavioral goals
• Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Communicate regularly with team members and families regarding strategies and student development
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards

This part-time opportunity runs from August 10 to May 21, 2027, with a Monday through Friday schedule and specific times to be determined. The position is based at an elementary campus and requires onsite presence throughout the term.
