Accounts Payable Manager

Accounts Payable Manager Gordini USA Inc Essex Junction, Vermont, United States About this position The accounts payable manager compiles and maintains accounts payable records for all operational expenses in a multi-Company environment. This position works with all departments to process payments quickly, accurately, and efficiently while supervising one staff member. Job Duties: Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment. Processes credit card statements, following up with credit card users for proper receipts. Reviews all outbound shipment billing. Examines duty, ocean, air, and land freight billing payments. Reconciles vendor statements & all vendor inquiries. Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and accounts payable files. Provides reconciliations for the monthly and annual closing process. Skills/Qualifications: Previous Accounting and Accounts Payable experience Knowledge of General Ledger Organization skills Attention to detail Problem Solving/Analysis Customer/Client Focus Results-driven Proficient in Excel Able to work in a fast-paced environment Prior ERP experience a plus Gordini USA Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of cold-weather gloves, mittens, goggles, and base layers, both our own brand and private label.
