Eventus WholeHealth Provider Job Description Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and Support Staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide primary care services according to site-specific protocols and standards of family medicine, geriatric medicine, and internal medicine related to long-term care facilities. Review and sign MARs, orders, and documentation within specified timeframes; manage lab results and narcotic prescriptions following policies. Complete documentation and billing, providing copies to facilities within 48 hours. Maintain open communication with facility staff and meet with administrators daily. Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth policies, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including HIPAA confidentiality. Consult with the clinical supervisor before refusing resident care requests. Qualifications/Education: Master's degree in Nursing with a valid state license or Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, passing the national certification, and licensure in the state; specialization in geriatrics, family, or psychiatry preferred.
