Sprouts Farmers Market - - Responsibilities: Lead front end operations and oversee the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager; Prepare work schedules, train team members, and help achieve store goals related to sales, labor, margins, and shrink; Recruit and build candidate pipeline, oversee team member staffing, scheduling, training, and performance appraisals; Drive store sales and ensure customer satisfaction through superior service and product knowledge; Maintain compliance with safety, health, labeling, and weights and measures standards
