Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) – 100% Outpatient
Location: Santa Cruz County, CA (Multiple Locations)
Position Overview
A growing outpatient-focused healthcare group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a 100% outpatient practice in beautiful Santa Cruz County, CA .
This is an ideal opportunity for physicians looking for long-term stability, strong compensation, and work-life balance in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Compensation & Benefits
$300K guaranteed for first 18 months
Transition to productivity model after 18 months
Up to $125K sign-on bonus
Up to $20K relocation assistance
Up to $30K annual quality bonus

Practice Details
100% outpatient only seeing about 18-20 patients per day (no inpatient responsibilities)
Schedule: 5 days/week (5x8s)
36 hours patient care
4 hours administrative time
Call: Telephone-only, very light
Shared across providers
Hospitalists handle inpatient care
Clinical Highlights
Opportunity to build a long-term patient panel (7–10+ year commitment preferred)
Open to physicians who perform procedures (IUD, Nexplanon) – not required
Collaborative, team-based environment
Strong support staff and infrastructure
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Open to new graduates (2026 grads ok; not reviewing 2027 yet)
Willing to obtain California medical license (can wait for licensure)
Spanish-speaking is a strong plus (not required except specific site below)
