NOW HIRING: Experienced Piece-Rate Masonry Crews for Residential Land Division Projects Only

CREW POSITIONS ONLY (MUST APPLY AS A COMPLETE CREW)

Crew Leadman (Residential Land Division)

Masons / Bricklayers (Block & Brick)
Laborers (Mud men, stocking, staging, general support)

Job Duties:

Build block and brick structures on residential job sites
Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
Read layouts and follow project specifications
Install masonry theme walls, view fence, monuments
Support crew production through teamwork and coordination

Requirements:

Proven masonry experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-based environment
Reliable transportation required

Capataz / Líder de Cuadrilla (Desarrollo Residencial)
• Albañiles (Block y Ladrillo)
• Obreros (Mezcla, carga, almacenamiento y apoyo general)

FUNCIONES:

Construcción de estructuras de block y ladrillo en proyectos residenciales
• Trabajo eficiente manteniendo calidad y seguridad
• Leer planos, trazos y especificaciones del proyecto
Instalar muros temáticos de mampostería, cercas con vistas y monumentos.
• Apoyar la producción mediante trabajo en equipo y coordinación

REQUISITOS:

Experiencia comprobable en albañilería
• Capacidad de trabajar en un ambiente de alta producción
• Transporte confiable obligatorio
