Job Description Location: This is a remote position anywhere across USA About the job you’re considering We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Teamcenter Quality (QMS) and Teamcenter Product Configurator (Variant Configuration) to lead the design and implementation of integrated PLM solutions. This role is responsible for defining scalable architecture connecting quality processes(to lead the design and implementation of Quality module solutions (APQP, CAPA, Quality Hub, Supplier Connect), product configuration, and digital thread, ensuring end-to-end traceability from requirements through manufacturing and service. Your Role Architecture & Solution DesignDefine architecture for: Teamcenter Quality modules (Non-Conformance, CAPA, Audit, FMEA integration)Design integrated solutions linking: Configurable product structures with quality processes and complianceDevelop architecture standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns Teamcenter Quality ArchitectureArchitect Teamcenter Quality solutions including: Non-Conformance Management (NCM)Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)Audit ManagementSupplier Quality & Issue trackingDesign integration of quality processes with: Product structure (BOM)Change management workflows (ECR/ECO)Enable closed-loop quality by linking field issues to design/configuration Integration & Digital ThreadDefine integration strategy across: CAD (NX, CATIA, Creo)ERP (SAP, Oracle)MES / Manufacturing systemsQuality systems (internal/external)Ensure seamless traceability between: Product configuration → Manufacturing → Quality → ServiceImplement integrations using: SOA / REST APIsEvent-driven architecture Customization & Technical OversightProvide governance for: BMIDE data modelConfiguration & quality object extensionsGuide development using: ITK, SOA, Active Workspace (AWC)Ensure balance between: Out-of-the-box features vs. customization Program & Delivery LeadershipLead end-to-end implementation programs across: Teamcenter quality module capabilitiesDefine roadmap for: Digital quality transformationMentor team members and provide architectural leadership Governance & ComplianceEstablish governance for: Quality processes and regulatory compliance (ISO, AS9100, IATF 16949)Ensure audit-ready systems with complete traceability Validation & PerformanceDefine validation strategies for: Quality workflows and data accuracyOptimize system performance for: High transaction quality processes Your Skills and Experience Technical Expertise 15-18+ years of experience in PLM implementations 3+ years in: Teamcenter Quality (QMS modules)Deep understanding of: Quality processes (NCM, CAPA, audits)BOM management (EBOM/MBOM)Variant conditions, effectivity, and occurrence management Strong expertise in: BMIDE (data modeling and extensions) AWC Configurations ITK/SOA APIs The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $88,544 - $207,401/Year Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
