Appliance Repair Technicians

Job Summary Technicians will travel to customer homes in the Los Angeles area to repair major home appliances such as washers, dryers, gas and electric stoves, ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, and other appliances of various brands and models. Responsibilities Repair and maintain appliances at customer sites. Travel to customer homes within the Los Angeles area. Provide excellent customer service and communicate with customers regarding appointments, parts, and service updates. Schedule appointments using the company’s online scheduling software. Confirm appointments daily and coordinate with technicians as needed. Answer 45+ inbound phone calls daily using a multi‑line phone system. Book appointments, manage multi‑line phone functionality, and handle scheduling logistics. Maintain accurate records of technician schedules, parts inventory, and customer interactions on spreadsheets. Order parts and appliances from distributors. Create invoices online and email them to customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience (minimum 2 years) answering phones and scheduling appointments. Strong customer service skills, ability to listen attentively and address caller needs. Excellent multitasking abilities and a high level of organization. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a moderately busy environment with periods of heavy demand and downtime. #J-18808-Ljbffr G and R Appliance Repair
