- Recruiter Technician IIIApply**Job#: 3046162****Job Description:**Hybrid 4 days in office 1 day from home Location: Fort Mills SC or Detroit MI$33-39/HRSeeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support recruiting initiatives across technical and operational business units. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, and partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, or operations-focused roles and be comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.**Key Responsibilities*** Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.* Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.* Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases, and other recruiting channels.* Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.* Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.* Utilize Workday and recruiting metrics to prioritize workload and drive hiring decisions.* Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and employment records.* Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.* Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams regarding talent availability and market trends.* Leverage AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies, to improve recruiting efficiency.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.* 4+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience.* Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment efforts.* Strong technical sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.* Experience building talent pipelines and assessing technical candidates.* Strong relationship management skills with hiring managers and business stakeholders.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems such as Workday or similar ATS platforms.* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience recruiting for: + Engineering roles + Manufacturing positions + Operations-focused functions + Software and technology professionals* Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.* Experience supporting multiple business units and geographic regions.* Knowledge of recruiting analytics, hiring metrics, and workforce planning.**Top 3 Must-Have Skills**1. Full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing experience.2. Workday or comparable ATS experience.3.
