Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) - Home Care Hourly | Venice, FL

Matrix Home Care is hiring compassionate, reliable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care for patients in the Venice, FL area.

Compensation:
$18–$20 per hour, depending on experience

Position Summary:
We are looking for caregivers who are dependable, professional, outgoing, and have a great attitude. The ideal candidate should be comfortable providing care in the home setting, have strong communication skills, and be committed to creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment for patients.

Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
Provide companionship and patient support
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning as needed
Assist with meals and light housekeeping
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Follow the patient’s care plan and agency guidelines
Communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate team member
Maintain professionalism and respect for patients and families at all times

Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate
Home care or private duty experience preferred
Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
Outgoing personality and positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in the home setting
Reliable transportation required
Must meet all background screening and onboarding requirements

Background Screening Requirement:
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all required onboarding and background screening requirements, including applicable Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening.
