Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors. Provide medical consultations in the Vida clinic and via Telemedicine Develop individual patient treatment plans based on diagnosis and incorporate functional medicine to address the patient’s health issues. Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and patients’ treatment plans, for each patient. Monitor the patient’s condition and responses to treatments and adjust treatments accordingly. Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with other health professionals as needed, both internal and external. Qualifications Functional Medicine Training or A4M Fellowship required or eligible for board examination. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a primary care setting, including urgent care US Work Authorization. Active WA state professional license in good standing (Licensed Naturopathic Physician, Physician Assistant, Medical Doctor, or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). Knowledge of injections such as IV Infusion therapy, Hormone Pellet Therapy Procedures, trigger point injections, steroid injections, and PRP Joint/Prolotherapy is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
