Novi, Michigan Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Full-Time Opportunity
Outpatient, multi-site ambulatory care at Henry Ford Columbus Surgery Center • Administers anesthesia across diverse outpatient surgical procedures • Provides anesthesia to all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics • Conducts pre- and post-anesthesia assessments and manages airway and complications

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a full-time role supporting outpatient ambulatory surgery centers in Novi, Michigan. This position offers the opportunity to deliver anesthesia care across multiple specialties, including orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, and general surgery, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Providers will travel to multiple sites as needed, supporting a collaborative anesthesia team with experienced CRNAs and physicians.

Opportunity Highlights

• Location: Novi, Michigan
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Setting: Outpatient, multi-site ambulatory care
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week starting 02/27/2026
• Duration: Ongoing with travel to multiple ambulatory sites

Clinical Scope

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop care plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care in collaboration with surgeons and healthcare providers
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia-related complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Manage airway throughout procedures
• Administer anesthesia to all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics

Requirements

• Active Michigan license
• Current board certification in anesthesia preferred or required
• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
• No lapsed or new graduates
• Not open to locum, locum-to-perm, or providers seeking long commute or shift flexibility
