Lead Hvac Installer
Oceanside Services is a trusted residential HVAC and plumbing company proudly serving Allenhurst and the surrounding Jersey Shore communities. As we grow, we're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work, leads with integrity, and delivers exceptional home comfort solutions.

What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installation projects including: air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and IAQ products
- Supervise, mentor, and train installation helpers on best practices and safety
- Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the install
- Ensure all work meets local code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and service teams to keep projects running smoothly
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven leadership ability with experience training and mentoring helpers
- EPA Certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation best practices and system diagnostics
- Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
- A positive attitude, high integrity, and pride in quality workmanship
