ER Consultant: Trusted Employee Relations Partner

Sun Life U.S. is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to provide day-to-day coordination and operational support to the Employee Relations team. You will monitor intake channels, respond to routine inquiries, coordinate documentation, support leave and accommodation processes, and help maintain accurate case records. You will work with Sr. ERCs, managers and HRBPs to ensure timely, compliant resolution, develop best practices, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining #J-18808-Ljbffr Cim
