You’ll be: Processing customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns Maintaining an accurate cash drawer and reconciling transactions at the end of each day Promoting bank products and services, assisting customers with account inquiries, and recommending solutions Ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC regulations Assisting in identifying and reporting any suspicious activity or potential fraud Collaborating with team members to meet branch goals and improve customer service Performing administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework in finance or business is preferred Bring previous experience in customer service or banking (a plus) Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Are proficient in basic computer applications and banking software Can pass a background check and comply with all regulatory requirements As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
