Production Associate Lead - 1st Shift

Overview The Production Associate plays a vital role in ensuring product quality and supporting smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Oversee and support daily production tasks to ensure quality and efficiency. Monitor quality and adherence to product specifications and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Follow PPE requirements and report unsafe acts or conditions. Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment to ensure smooth production. Job Details Employment Type: Full Time Travel: Minimal (if any) Minimum Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education and Experience Lead or supervisory experience in a production environment is preferred. Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors Wet and moist floors; metal and plastic grating surfaces in plant environments. Temperatures from 28°F to 100°F with ambient humidity; product handling from 25°F to 50°F. Noise levels from 50 dB to 110 dB. Exposure to dust, feathers, and cleaning chemicals used in poultry processing. Must wear protective equipment and follow safety protocols; occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors (approx. 10 ppm) and chlorine less than 20 ppm.
