Salary: $80,000 to $90,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Eligible for 15% Bonus

Job Summary

Working as the Assistant Restaurant Manager,  you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day restaurant operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development. We are currently seeking a person that is passionate about hospitality and able to provide luxury elevated service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedules
• Oversee POS Systems
• Manage hourly team
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client and guests
• Promote top guest service
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top-quality food
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
• Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS Hospitality degree preferred
• Min of five years of foodservice management experience required
• Fine dining or luxury hotel experience preferred in upscale enviornment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial and business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
