Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients of various ages.
  • \n
  • Providing psychotherapy services through virtual platforms in a HIPAA-compliant manner, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to state laws.
  • \n
  • Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address issues such as trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and cultural identity.
  • \n
  • Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

  • Collaborating with clients to build skills and resilience, fostering their personal development and overall well-being.
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds facing a variety of challenges, including relationship issues, mental health disorders, trauma, and emotional disturbances. We especially focus on culturally sensitive practices that acknowledge and embrace the varying backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

Qualifications\n

  • Must possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license to practice in Florida is required.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting.
  • \n
  • Ability to display respect and sensitivity towards the cultural and individual needs of clients.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n
    \n
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ clients and those experiencing perinatal mental health issues.
  • \n
  • Demonstrable skills in individual and group therapy modalities.
  • \n
  • Specialization in areas such as trauma, grief and loss, or related fields.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with using EHR software, Microsoft Office, and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus bonuses. In addition to competitive pay, we provide benefits that support your wellness and professional development, including:
